If you wish to cancel an order before it has been delivered, you must contact Log Cabins And Sheds UK immediately.
You must confirm your cancellation in writing by emailing us or submitting your request through the Contact Us page. If you cancel via telephone, your order will be put on hold until you have contacted us in writing.
If cancellation is made 5 working days or less before delivery, there may be an additional handling charge to cover reasonable costs. Log Cabins And Sheds UK reserves the right to deduct these charges from any refund issued. For any bespoke, customised, or personalised product, this could be the full purchase price of the item(s).
All deliveries must be checked within 14 days of receipt to ensure all components are present and satisfactory. If the goods are damaged or do not comply with the contract, you should notify Log Cabins And Sheds UK in writing by email or through the Contact Us page as soon as possible after delivery. After 14 days, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered. Log Cabins And Sheds UK will not accept any claims, complaints, or requests beyond this date. Products cannot be cancelled or returned if they have been assembled, modified, customised, or subjected to the application of chemicals or paints.
Claims of defects or damages can only be considered if goods are in their received condition (not assembled, painted, treated, or altered in any way). If a claim is accepted, Log Cabins And Sheds UK will supply, replace, or repair any necessary parts to complete your agreed initial purchase as appropriate.
If you are a consumer, you have the right, in addition to other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing the seller in writing within 14 working days after the last day of delivery of all the goods. Goods must be in an unused and resalable condition (as delivered, including all original packaging, and not assembled, painted, treated, or altered in any way). You will, however, be required to cover the cost of return postage/carriage to one of Log Cabins And Sheds UK’s distribution centres or the collection charge by one of Log Cabins And Sheds UK’s pre-approved couriers. Collection charges may vary by item.
If Log Cabins And Sheds UK sends you the incorrect product or if, upon receipt of all relevant evidence, we deem it faulty or damaged, you will be offered a full refund, including exemption from collection costs. Any item to be returned or replaced must be in the same condition as delivered. Log Cabins And Sheds UK will not accept any product for return if it has been damaged, assembled, modified, or customised in any way, including being subjected to the application of chemicals or paints. Photographic evidence of any complaints, defects, or claims of incorrect or incomplete delivery must be submitted in writing via email or through the Contact Us page.
Please note: All sizes and measurements are approximate. While Log Cabins And Sheds UK endeavours to ensure all products are manufactured as close as possible to the provided measurements, we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in the finished size.
Please note: Any guarantees offered do not cover timber splits or warping. These are natural characteristics of the product and not defects. Such occurrences will not be accepted as valid reasons for order cancellations, as they can happen naturally over time.
REFUNDS
Refunds for amended purchases and cancellations made prior to delivery will be processed by Log Cabins And Sheds UK within 14 working days. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for your card or finance provider to process the refund back to your account.
Items that have been delivered and are subsequently cancelled, found to be faulty, damaged, or unwanted will be refunded by Log Cabins And Sheds UK within 14 working days of the goods being returned and inspected. If the order is cancelled and Log Cabins And Sheds UK or their designated couriers fail to collect the item(s), the refund will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice, provided the customer has not refused collection dates. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for your card or finance provider to process the refund back to your account.
Where exchange rates are involved, refunds will be made in pound sterling and at the current exchange rate. Log Cabins And Sheds UK does not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in exchange rates between the time of ordering and the time of issuing a refund.
