Delivery Lead Times
Our lead times are still constantly changing on a daily basis now due to different factors including demand, upcoming public holidays etc, we want to be honest with ou as we do not want you to be disapponted.
As always, if we can bring the delivery of any order forwards, we will do but this is not always guaranteed.

General, excludes Modular and Palletised Buildings
Log Cabins And Sheds UK provide estimated working day lead times for delivery. However, these timescales are not a maximum or guaranteed time in which the delivery will take place.
When your product is ready for delivery and the delivery is then scheduled, you will be contacted by Log Cabins And Sheds UK to book the delivery with you via email or telephone. At this time, you will receive your confirmed delivery date and an estimated two-hour arrival timeslot. Failure to confirm acceptance of a delivery date either verbally or in writing could lead to extended delivery times.
Log Cabins And Sheds UK make every effort to deliver goods within a reasonable variance of the published estimated timescales; however, extended delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, and therefore delivery times are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery dates are not part of the contract between Log Cabins And Sheds UK and the buyer, and Log Cabins And Sheds UK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
Please ensure you have taken delivery of your order and confirmed that everything is correct before engaging builders to erect your new building. Log Cabins And Sheds UK will not be liable for any costs incurred due to failed delivery or incorrect parts.
Delivery Lead Times (Modular and Palletised Buildings)
For modular and palletised buildings, customers may be offered a calendar to select their preferred day of delivery. While every effort will be made to deliver on this specific day, factors beyond our control may cause delays, and therefore this delivery day is not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery dates are not part of the contract between Log Cabins And Sheds UK and the buyer, and Log Cabins And Sheds UK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.

Delivery Address
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the purchaser and Log Cabins And Sheds UK, the delivery of goods will take place at the delivery address specified in the order.
Making the Delivery
When the delivery arrives at the specified address, someone must be present to accept it, and the delivery must be signed for. Alternatively, an agreement can be made prior to delivery whereby written confirmation (via email) is provided, granting permission to drop the goods off at the given address without the requirement of a signature. This agreement must be in place three working days before the delivery date. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., social distancing measures), signatures may not be necessary.
If Log Cabins And Sheds UK delivers the goods to the address specified in the order, the goods will be deemed delivered, and Log Cabins And Sheds UK will not be liable for any subsequent claim of non-delivery. Log Cabins And Sheds UK is not required to confirm that the person who accepts delivery is the purchaser or authorised to accept the goods. The quantity or content of any consignment recorded by Log Cabins And Sheds UK upon dispatch shall serve as conclusive evidence of the quantity or content received unless the purchaser can provide contrary evidence.
Customer Responsibilities During Delivery
- Some products, such as log cabins or other large garden buildings, may require assistance from the customer during offloading. A person must be available and capable of lifting items up to 25kg in weight. Some components may weigh up to 50kg.
- The largest shed panels delivered are 10ft, and the largest cabin packs are 20ft. If access is restricted, contact Log Cabins And Sheds UK for guidance.
- Delivery drivers will not assist in carrying components through your property.
Customers must notify Log Cabins And Sheds UK of any access restrictions, including narrow lanes, low bridges, or parking restrictions. If delivery cannot be completed due to these factors, charges for redelivery will apply.
Delivery of Specific Products
- Timber Sheds and Log Cabins: Delivery is kerbside only unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to delivery. Customers are responsible for moving the goods beyond kerbside.
- Modular & Non-Timber Buildings: Delivered on standard pallets and kerbside only.
- Mixed Building Orders: May be delivered on different dates due to varying production lead times.
Uncompleted Deliveries
If an attempted delivery cannot be completed due to the purchaser’s failure to meet delivery terms (e.g., no assistance available, inaccessible property), goods will be returned, and the purchaser will incur redelivery costs. Log Cabins And Sheds UK is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from incorrect unloading or assembly.
Cancellation of Delivery Bookings
To cancel a delivery booking, customers must provide at least five working days’ notice. Cancellation within five working days may incur a failed delivery charge. For bespoke items, the full building cost may be charged.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once goods have been delivered, they are the customer’s responsibility. Ensure all components are checked upon delivery to confirm they are correct and complete. If any issues arise, contact Log Cabins And Sheds UK in writing with photographs to verify the problem.
